After Course On ISO 9001:2000

After attending this course, i learned some new knowledge.
Although not totally digested (for now), but at least know the basic to initiate the manual, procedure and instruction for the quality management system.

Just unhappy that a group of COPYCAT m***y students copied the Procedure & Work Instruction templete that i worked out for my group presentation.
they're so "bingung,banggang,bangau,b*d*h", not even be a "smart" COPYCAT....sedih betul bagi pihak mereka, kononnya mahasiswa yang "berkualiti".

Anyway, my group members say: "The good quality product, for sure will be copied by third party." Betul juga. Just like pirated VCD, only those good and nice movies and albums will be pirated. But better support Original Products! Or else, maybe someday we as consumer no longer can pay $$ for these original products because producers not longer produce them.
